When you complete a form on this site we process your name, email address, phone number if provided, and your message.

If you upload documents through the quote form, the contents of those files also reach us for the purpose of assessing your request.

The IP address used to submit the form is recorded in order to prevent abuse.

This site uses no analytics or marketing cookies. Only technical data strictly necessary for the site to function is processed.

Your data is processed solely to respond to your request, prepare a quote, and — if you go ahead — deliver the translation service.

The legal bases are KVKK Art. 5/2-c (conclusion or performance of a contract) and Art. 5/2-f (legitimate interest). Any processing beyond this scope requires your explicit consent.

Your data is not used for marketing and is not sold to third parties.

Your form submissions are delivered through our email service provider and pass through the servers hosting our site infrastructure.

These providers may operate servers outside Türkiye; in that case the transfer takes place under KVKK Art. 9.

Beyond this, your data is shared only where your request requires it (for example, a notarisation process) and where disclosure to competent authorities is legally mandatory.

Once your request is concluded, your data is retained for the mandatory retention periods set out in applicable legislation, and is deleted or anonymised at the end of those periods.

You retain the right to request earlier deletion.

Under KVKK Art. 11 you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information if it is, to learn the purpose of processing, to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate, to request erasure or destruction, to object to the outcome of processing, and to claim compensation for any damage suffered.

Documents you send us for translation are covered by professional confidentiality. Their contents are never used for any purpose other than performing the service, and are not shared with third parties.
